The Marketing Intern role is a fantastic introduction to the wonderful, varied, vibrant world of Commercial Marketing at CMS Distribution. You will join the Marketing Operations Team, part of the Commercial Marketing Department, and be involved in bringing to life the vision of hundreds of clients. Your purpose will be to drive growth for our clients, and you will learn everything about how the department operates and what impact your role has on a variety of stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**:
We offer a varied and busy role with no two days the same. Duties include:

- Support the day to day management and optimisation of all CMS digital marketing platforms
- Contribute to the growth and engagement of all CMS social channels supporting the social media strategy and managing the social media accounts
- Creating artwork for customer campaigns
- Analysing marketing campaign effectiveness and carrying out A/B testing.
- Short blog article creation
- Events Management support
- Monitor, track and report on all digital marketing activity
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new technologies/platforms
- Supporting the Commercial Marketing Team with strategic business projects: Digital transformation initiatives such as corporate website, e-commerce platform and social channels.
- Delivery of regular reporting for weekly comms activity and/or digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing better processes and new ways to improve the communication channels, to create highly personalised direct communications in the most efficient way and support future growth.
- Assist the Commercial Marketing Managers in reviewing performances by campaign across all vendors and identify opportunities for further growth and optimisation.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- BSc or BA in relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine interest in digital marketing
- A passion for the technology industry
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a curious mind
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Good understanding of Social Networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Previous experience in marketing and social media will be also be positively considered
