AL Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Senior CRA to join our team in the Midlands region. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing clinical trials for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. As a CRA II/Senior CRA, you will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining high-quality data collection. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual to contribute to groundbreaking research and make a significant impact in the field of clinical research.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site identification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits according to the study protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure appropriate site training and study materials are provided to investigators and site staff.
- Review and verify essential documents and data records at investigational sites.
- Perform source data verification and resolve data queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor patient safety and report adverse events in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with study procedures and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete study documentation and study files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to investigational sites as required.
