Due to the continued growth of the business we are now looking to strengthen our recruitment team and recruit an On-site Recruitment Consultant to support develop and grow relationships with a key customer in the Sunderland and Washington areas.

**Job Specification**:
**Your main duties will include;**
- Develop excellent relationships with all key contacts.
- Meeting new starters on a daily basis.
- Collate KPI information for the use in HR Reports.
- Support in the analysis of data.
- Complete a range of recruitment administration and compliance checks and duties.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
- Organise new starter inductions and training.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.

**About you;**
- A customer service type background with the genuine desire to work in and succeed in recruitment.
- Previous experience of working within an office environment would be preferred.
- Able to demonstrate good tenure/longevity in job roles.
- Able to work in a fast-moving target driven environment.
- Possess drive, tenacity and be hard working.
- Naturally customer orientated.
- **Driving licence and access to your own car - is essential.
