**Location**: Various school sites in Birmingham
**Pay**: £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

**Hours of Work**: 7:30am - 9:00am and 3:15pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only, flexible cover as required)

Inspired Children’s Club is looking for **enthusiastic, reliable Bank Playworkers** to support our Before and After School Clubs.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll step in when needed to ensure our children continue to receive safe, fun, and high-quality care.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Inspire and Engage**: Deliver fun and creative play activities for children aged 4-11.
- **Ensure Safety**: Supervise and escort children safely to and from school.
- **Support Learning**: Help children explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop positive relationships.
- **Work as a Team**: Collaborate with staff, parents, and schools to create a warm, nurturing environment.
- **Promote Inclusion**: Encourage all children to participate and feel valued.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with children aged 4-11.
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- An understanding of safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites as required.
- **Must already hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service** (essential for immediate start).

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable but not essential.
