Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of an Electrician to join their property maintenance team on a Permanent basis.

The electrician is required to undertake all areas of electrical work to ensure that the domestic and commercial electrical infrastructure within these premises is maintained to a satisfactory standard.

**Duties of Electrician**:

- Carry out a variation of electrical day to day repairs, testing, maintenance and installation work to domestic and non-domestic properties
- Carry out domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reporting, complete minor elements of multi-skilling associated with the electrical work e.g. small filling/patching to decor, undertake minor plumbing work associated with the electricalwork e.g. shower replacements
- Complete all necessary electronic certification as required by the Group in line with relevant British Standards and Regulatory bodies applicable to the work carried out
- Liaise with Line Managers regarding the status of any and all work, liaise and interface with other trades as required
- The Group operate an Emergency Out of Hours Service, which you may be required to work on a rota basis as and when required
- Required to work with minimum supervision both independently and as part of a wider team

**Requirements of Electrician**:

- Experience working within a similar Electrical position on Social housing or domestic properties
- Have served a recognised (Indentured) Electrical apprenticeship with City & Guilds 2361 part 1 & 2 or equivalent Or NVQ Level 3
- Full UK Drivers license
- Desirably hold City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent - Inspection and Testing Certificate.
