**Field Sales Executive**:

- Working hours are Monday - Friday ( No Weekend or Evenings) Competitive Salary plus uncapped commission earnings. Over the last 3 months, our field sales executive's annual OTE earnings of (£35,500 PA) - you willneed a vehicle for this role.

**About you**: You will have a can-do attitude with a desire to learn, display transferrable skills gained from the sales industry potentially in an office-based environment, and are looking to take the step up into field sales.

To thrive in this industry should be resilient, goal-orientated, and comfortable working to sales targets and KPI’s You should have excellent customer service skills. We will give you all the training and ongoing development through our industry-leadingSales Academy as you become a media expert and open doors to other areas of the business.

**About the Job**: As a Field Sales Executive you will be tasked with selling multimedia products across our exciting network of local news publications, online and in print. You will spend your day making outbound calls, booking meetings, visitingclients, and managing your own diary to provide sales opportunities and customer service, partnering with small and medium businesses across your territory. You will be tasked with self-generated calls and prospecting whilst out in your territory. We willprovide you with all the tools you need, such as lapsed customer reports, case studies, and new business lead lists. You will be given the autonomy to work with your sales manager to develop your skills and climb the sales career path, we will provide youwith all you need to become a multimedia expert. You will achieve set KPIs based on the level of calls, conversations, and conversions as agreed with your manager.
