**About the role**:
Working within our Governance and Compliance Team, you will ensure that Activate Learning achieves and maintains a high standard of general compliance, including our data protection responsibilities and policies and procedures. You will be part of our central Governance and Compliance hub, completing shared tasks and providing support to your colleagues.
This role will include developing and improving systems, policies and procedures, training and providing support to staff on our processes. You will also be responsible for producing reports and organising and administrating various committees, including taking minutes.

Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal skills form the foundation of this roles work, as well as competency with the use of IT to support business processes.
