**Job Summary**

Wymondham Leisure Centre are looking for a motivated and welcoming individual to join our Team on Saturday mornings, where you will work to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the facility by encouraging maximum participation.

Our centre boasts a boast an 80+ station state of the art 2 floor gym, with 3 studios, 25m Lane pool & Learner Pool, Thermal Suite, Multi-functional Sports Hall, and over 90+ classes a week.

The role will involve providing a high standard of customer service to all those who visit our centre, acting as a first point of contact resolution for all transactional membership enquiries. It will also involve assisting: Reception staff, tours and selling memberships, and assisting in the delivery of events and hospitality across the centre. You will also supervise our popular roller blading sessions and administer first aid where required.

**About You**

You will have excellent customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing environment and will have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. You will have a can do approach, with also have good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
