**Hours of work**:9.00am - 5.00pm, but with flexibility to meet the demands of the job including evening events and potential for UK-based travel dependant on COVID restrictions

**Reports to**:GraduateRecruitment Manager

**Location**:Any UK office

**Main duties and responsibilities**

Working with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and wider Graduate Recruitment team, which consists of two other Graduate Recruitment Officers and a Graduate Recruitment Assistant, to deliver a highly competitive and sophisticated graduate attraction and recruitmentstrategy and campaign for Pinsent Masons.

**Specific responsibilities and duties include**:

- delivery of virtual and on-campus events lead on the delivery of the firm's vacation placement programme
- lead on the delivery of the firms' Insight Programmes / Open Days
- recruitment contact and liaison for law faculty contacts, career services and student societies in connection with firm events and programmes
- building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders of the business to enable and facilitate the Graduate Recruitment attraction and recruitment strategy
- involvement in the creation, development and delivery of graduate recruitment diversity and inclusion strategies and events
- providing verbal feedback to applicants for the various early talent programmes both successful and unsuccessful
- involved in the delivery of the annual assessment centres for all early talent opportunities

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level standard and/or CIPD.

**Relevant Experience**
- Experience of working within the early talent market
- Experience of working in a professional services environment (desirable)

**Key Skills**
- Proven project planning and management skills (management of projects from start to finish will be required)
- Recruitment experience
- Experience of dealing with all levels of staff, including senior stakeholders, in a persuasive and credible manner
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding and experience of using social media in marketing, recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion challenges within early talent market (desirable?)
- Highly organised and skilled in prioritising
- Knowledge of UK graduate market desirable (moved this at the end as a 'desirable' skill)
