**tion: Merseyside**

**Hours Per Week: 40 hours,**
**Monday-Friday**

**Job Type: Permanent, Full Time**

The Multi Skilled Operative will:

- Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
- Be responsible for the inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
- Work either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
- Be able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
- Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
- Manage & replenish local site stock
- Be responsible for deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
- Site Waste Management
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
- Complete out of hours call outs
- Be responsible for overall site welfare duties
- Be comfortable working at height
- Attend out of hour call outs
- Complete additional jobs such as:

- Typical jobs in addition to general fabric items:

- Plastering and tiling
- Small roof patches
- Cleaning gutters and general roof cleaning
- Small civil works such as re-bedding slabs or manholes
- Small amounts of general painting
- General brickwork repairs

**About You**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
- Current Full UK Drivers Licence

**Desirable Criteria**
- Basic Building & Plumbing skills
- Painting and decorating experience
- Experience in reactive maintenance working to SLA's
- PASMA
- IPAF
