**Location**: Lancing/Littlehampton (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
**Salary**: £25,685 per annum (Band C, Level 3)
**Hours**: 35 hours per week
**Contract**: Permanent

**What you’ll be doing**:
**As the Customer Services Handler, your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting insurance claims, policy changes, and document processing
- Ensuring accurate and compliant record keeping
- Coordinating office activities, including meetings, supplies, and facilities
- Assisting clients with documentation and insurance-related queries
- Maintaining strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients

**What we are looking for in our**Customer Services Handler**:
We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- A conscientious, organised, and team-focused attitude
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and upholding our values of Integrity, Respect, Care, Belief, and Cooperation
