**Salary**:£20, 475 Pro rata per annum.

**Hours**: 30 hours per week with flexibility.

**Contract**:Permanent 30 Hour contract, overtime available.

**The role**:

- Provide the highest quality of Support, ensuring every individual can achieve and exceed their personal outcomes.
- Promote individuals' independence by supporting with a wide range of educational, social, and work-based activities in line with personal plans both within the service and in the community.
- Provide assistance and support with personal care and domestic tasks as and when necessary.
- Work Collaboratively with individuals, families, and external partner organisations to ensure that support is personalised to meet individual needs.
- Proactively safeguard and protect the individuals and ensure the safety and well-being of all the individuals we support.

**Qualifications and knowledge**:

- QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is **desirable** but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience.
- Experience with Dementia, Nursing, Elderly Care, challenging behaviour, and Mental Health would be an advantage.
