**Pertemps are currently recruiting Account Manager - Services Team for their client based in Burton
- Upon-Trent. As an Account Manager this role covers a wide array of the work we do here in the Services Team and so it is key that you are a versatileindividual with the ability to manage various tasks in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to manage and process data for those of our clients who partake in part exchanges of their properties. You will be required to assist with our BTOpenreach rebate service, ensuring excellent communication and service to our clients, making sure their rebates are paid with no delays.
As and when workload demands, you will also be required to manage the installation of new utility connections and metering for a portfolio of clients in a timely and effective manner in line with a “right first time” customer service philosophy, thereby enablinga smooth transition throughout the process for all our highly valued clients. The role is to provide a seamless service to all clients to ensure supplies are ready and functional in new build properties for clients and customers to meet deadlines..If thissounds like you, we would love you to get in touch.
Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
£20,000 per annum
**Key Areas of Accountability**:

- Processing data requests and entry in a timely and accurate manner.
- Validating and processing of supplier and client reports.
- Scanning and filing of documents.
- Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
- Ensuring accurate information is maintained on systems
- Perform any other administrative tasks as requested and in time, be trained in other areas of the business to support a “multi-tasking” environment.

**Person Specification**:

- A motivated and enthusiastic individual capable of working both individually and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Well organised and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate data to clients, suppliers and work colleagues even whilst under pressure.
- Excellent communication, spelling, proofreading and computer skills.
- The ability to multi-task and manage conflicting demands.
- Approachable, well presented and able to quickly establish good working relationships with a range of different people both face to face and over the telephone.
- The ability to follow set procedures exactly with great attention to detail whilst at the same time always looking for/suggesting more efficient ways of doing things.
- A quick learner with the ability to think on their feet and become multi skilled.
- Resilient and confident in their own ability
- Able to quickly develop an understanding of both internal procedures but also those of our suppliers/clients and work on the cohesion between these different processes.
