Working in state of the art production facility you will become a part of a bakery that uses artisan methods of production to make delicious baked goods.
As well as bread we will be creating a wide range of Viennese pastries.
We are passionate about great food and will be working with local quality ingredients where possible.

Essential:
Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
Advanced knowledge of lamination technique
Advanced knowledge of fermentation
Temperature Controls
Keen eye for details
Creative approach to viennese products
Continued strive for perfection
Ability to troubleshoot
Experience creating recipes
Team player
Clean, Punctual and Professional
Hardworking
Passion for baking
Able to work in a hot hectic environment
Experience of Stock Control
Proficiency in weighing, packaging and processing baked goods
Tracking ingredients expiry dates
You will have excellent communication skills to maintain the relationship between Front of House and Back of House.
