**About the Role**:We are seeking a highly driven cleaner who takes pride in their work and enjoys the satisfaction of a spotless home. This role requires you to manage your own workload and take ownership of achieving set targets. Most of the time, you will work alongside a team member, so if you thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you. Reliability, flexibility, and experience in cleaning are essential.A driving license is desired but not essential. We have two company cars that are shared on a rotational basis. When a company car is not available, you will need to use your own vehicle, but millage will be paid. There is also a 3 month probationary period with a lower end pay scale until completed

**Key Responsibilities**
- Wiping down mirrors
- Hoovering and mopping
- Changing bedding and removing old linen
- Wiping down surfaces
- General cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
- Mopping exterior decking
- Additional tasks to be discussed

**Job Details**
- **Job Title**: Cleaner - Casual Staff
- **Hours of Work**: 30 - 40hrs
- **Location**: Scottish Borders
- **Salary/Rate of Pay**: £12.25 per hour during a 3-month probation period, depending on experience. After probation, the rate increases which will be discussed.

- **Registration Requirements**: None
- **Contract Status**: 30/40 Hour Contract
- **Disclosure Status**: Basic
- **Work Pattern**: 4-5 days per week, with rotational weekend work to be expected.
- **Driving License**: Preferable but not essential
- **Experience**: Preferable, but training will be provided
