**The Role**:

- Helping customers with anything and everything, no two days are the same
- Answering customer calls and live chat, to help manage queries.
- Providing excellent customer service, with a smile ;-)
- Understand the customer needs and manage their query appropriately.
- Liaising with our suppliers to help manage queries.
- Providing first-time resolution wherever possible, escalating where it is not.
- Ensuring that the customer journey is as seamless as possible.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous call centre experience, you are used to KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, you can chat with anyone
- Happy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, there is lots to do
- In time management, you can prioritise and get things done.
- You can cope under pressure
- You want to make things better and are confident in providing feedback to make that happen.
- You are great in a team, working with your colleagues to deliver the goods.
- Fluent in German both spoken and written language.

**What you can expect**:

- We will teach you and test you on our systems, processes and ways of working before you go live, however, will support you every step of the way.
- We work in the travel industry, things happen 24/7 Our current operating hours for the support teams are between 8 am and 10 pm.
- Our main office is in Brighton, however, we can be flexible on your location.
