We require a caretaker to assist across the three sites of our Federation, including Whitby Sixth Form, Eskdale School and Caedmon College Whitby. You will work as part of the Site Team, under the direction of the Site Manager, in ensuring that the three sites are well-maintained and in a safe state, assisting with lettings and cover across the three sites, as required.

The successful postholder must be able to work as part of a team, willing to work flexible hours, including being available for some early mornings to open up or lock up on the evening, including after late classes or concerts/sports lettings, and for occasional weekend/holiday cover.

Duties will include moving furniture, liaising with contractors and a variety of caretaking and grounds maintenance duties. Experience of similar work would be an advantage, including site/grounds maintenance work.
