We are looking for fun, energetic and adaptable individuals to provide support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our supported living services in Conisbrough, Doncaster. You will work to support tenants at our fast paced, dynamic servicewith daily tasks to promote independence, whilst enabling them to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.

As a Relief Waking Night Support Worker you will help tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. You will work to make a positive difference to tenants’ lives by supporting them with everydayactivities. Many of our tenants enjoy visiting local shops and days out to Conisbrough Castle, as well as nights in watching movies or playing board games. You will help facilitate tenants to engage with their housemates and out in their local community andutilise opportunities for personal development.

Previous care experience is essential for our relief roles.

Our Conisbrough service has great public transport links, based along the local bus route, and within walking distance from the local train station. Our Conisbrough service also boasts an outstanding rating by CQC.

**We expect all applicants for relief roles to have had both Covid 19 vaccinations prior to starting employment with us.
