Pa - Legal & Finance

We are looking for a PA to support our Finance Director and Legal Secretary & General Counsel. You will work within a small team in a busy environment to provide comprehensive and full administrative support on a full time basis.

**About you**
- A successful track record in a similar role is essential with experience as a legal PA advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Able to manage a complex and demanding workload, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Be able to work collaboratively, with a range of colleagues in the wider organisation, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, including proof reading skills and ability to draft communications to a wide range of audiences.
- Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to support project planning initiatives.
- Able to work as part of a small team and independently using your own initiative.
