**Job description**

**Sales & Letting Negotiator - Trainee considered**:
5 days a week, will consider a three or four day week but must include every Saturday

**Job Types**:
Full time or Part time : 12 month contract with the view of being ongoing

**Working Hours**:
Saturday working 9.00am - 5.00pm is required as part of the working week

Weekdays 9.00am - 6.00pm

**Experience**:
Not essential, good IT and administration ability is required.

**Location**:
Bexleyheath, Kent & surrounding areas

**Basic Salary**:
Full time Salary: £24,000 plus comm : OTE £30,000 plus per year. **Salary advertised may vary depending on age, experience, full or part time hours.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide expert advice on the local property market
- Organize property viewings and negotiate offers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts
- Ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in estate agency or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a team player mentality
- Driven and proactive with a passion for helping people
- Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle
- Good knowledge of the local area
