(Must be available to work Saturday and 2 other days to be advised & to cover as required)

Ideally available with immediate start.

**Salary**: National Minimum Wage

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To provide first class customer service.
- Use of till, take card payment & cash handling.
- Duties will involve taking customer orders, preparing & serving drinks, in

accordance with the health and hygiene regulations to meet the daily

needs of customers.
- You will be responsible for the preparation & cooking of meals and the

cleaning of all equipment used, in accordance with the health and hygiene

regulations to meet the daily needs of customers.
- To maintain the Front of house, kitchen and all other related areas, to the

highest standard of cleanliness in accordance with the _Safer Food Better_
- Business._
- To report to the General Manager of any matters of concern which affect or

may affect the day-to-day operations of the business including any Health

and Safety or Food Hygiene concerns.
- To inform the General Manager of any defects in equipment.
- To communicate efficiently and effectively in a positive manner with

customers and other members of staff and management to create a

pleasant working atmosphere at all times.
- To ensure a clean and tidy appearance whilst representing the company.
- To undertake staff training which, from time to time, which may be

determined.
- Any other tasks as advised by the General Manager.
