We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to meet production targets
- Accurate recording of production output achieved in relation to set targets
- Performing quality checks to the product
- Always maintain working area clean and tidy
- Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with company policies including Health and Safety

**Ideally, you will possess experience in all or some of the following**:

- Proficient in reading, writing and maths.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, the ability to manage work and deal with changing requirements.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop knowledge and skills.

Salary will depend on Experience and Qualifications.

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
