Grangemouth Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Catering Lead** to oversee all food services across our clubhouse and event spaces. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary experience for our members and guests, delivering excellence in both daily dining and bespoke events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead on all food operations within the clubhouse and event venues.
- Design and maintain diverse, seasonal menus tailored to our membership.
- Coordinate catering for club events, golf tournaments, private functions, and corporate bookings.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and procurement.
- Monitor catering budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster a welcoming, professional environment aligned with the club’s values.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in catering management within a golf club, hotel, or premium hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in menu planning, event catering, and food service operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- A deep understanding of club culture and high-end customer service expectations.
