KTG Social Care are currently seeking passionate, caring, enthusiastic Community Care Workers to provide a high standard of care to our clients in their own homes. Our clients are based in Preston, Leyland & surrounding areas. We are currently looking to recruit individuals with a full UK drivers licence with the flexibility to work additional hours when needed & every other weekend.
**Duties will include**:
- Assisting clients with their care needs.
- Administering medication.
- Making meals.
- Building relationships with our service users and their families.
- Providing support/assistance with day to day activities.
- If you’ve never worked in this industry before we will put you through a first-class training programme that will give you the confidence to carry out your tasks._

**Skills & Qualities required from our Care Assistants**:
- Over 18
- Full UK Driving License
- No experience required
- Right to work in the UK
- To be reliable, friendly and caring to help our service users achieve their everyday goals
- Be able to support the client with their household tasks and hobbies
- Have high communication skills
- Actively being there for our service user
- To have an enthusiastic, can do attitude with the dedication to make a difference in a persons life
