For one of our international well-known Swiss pharmaceutical clients we are looking for a highly motivated Onsite Supporter (M/F/d) in London (UK).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide a full range of office and research lab user support across a broad spectrum of technologies and multiple enterprise platforms
- Engage in day-to-day service operations including hardware, software, new hire on boarding and end user training.
- Create, track and close service tickets while delivering an excellent customer service experience with professionalism and confidence
- Build new PCs and workstations to custom specifications, integrate the hardware, install and configure the operating software and ensure visibility to the network in accordance with the Novartis standards and security guidelines
- Manage local storage of hardware, initiate purchasing for hardware replacement and new hire deploymentss, troubleshoot and repair user hardware issues
- Coordinate with vendors for new lab equipment as well as service and support calls
- Manage and execute lab equipment integration, providing support to the lab computing environment which demands uninterrupted service in a state-of-the-art biomedical research lab's

**Your Profile**
- 5+ years supporting IT desktop and lab services
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Windows security patch management and security vulnerability remediation
- Experience working with endpoint management software such as Altiris and Symantec
- Ability to work independently and communicating and collaborating with remote NX colleagues
