Sia Door Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests. Your primary role will be to monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on-site. Responsibilities: - Monitor and control access to the premises, checking identification and verifying credentials - Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, deterring any unauthorized individuals from entering - Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises - Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise - Handle difficult or disruptive individuals in a professional and calm manner - Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to maintain a cohesive team environment - Utilize surveillance equipment, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor activity on the premises - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property - Administer first aid or emergency medical assistance when necessary Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role - Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols - Excellent observation skills and attention to detail - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using surveillance equipment, such as CCTV systems - First aid certification is preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive pay rates - Opportunities for career advancement within the security industry Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
