**What the Role Involves**

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting the daily running of the floor. Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of your section, ensuring smooth and consistent service
- Leading by example and setting the tone for excellent guest interaction
- Supporting the management team with training junior staff
- Ensuring standards are upheld and guest expectations consistently exceeded
- Maintaining a calm, professional presence during busy services
- Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge and menu details

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or Michelin-starred environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and service
- Confidence in leading by example and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Calm and reliable under pressure, with a guest-first attitude
- A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit

**What We Offer**
- Guaranteed minimum 30 hours - no zero-hour contracts
- Maximum 48-hour working week across 6 shifts
