**HELPDESK ENGINEER (1ST&2ND LINE) - £140-£200/DAY - BLACKPOOL (FULLY ONSITE) - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35**

My client based in Blackpool are looking for a temporary helpdesk engineer resource on a 3 month contract. This position is completely onsite and requires an experienced support engineer with exposure of supporting 1st and 2nd Line issues on their helpdesk

The requirements:

- 1st and limited 2nd line support
- Office 365
- Service Desk Management System experience
- PC and Mobile Equipment Deployment
- Troubleshooting of hardware (PC's, Laptops, Printers)
- Minimum of 3 years' working within a busy service desk managed organisation (manufacturing preferred)

Interviews will commence next week and shortlisting will be happening between Thursday 10th November and Friday 11th, so be quick if you are interested
