Our client is the asset finance subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of asset finance and leading facilities for the truck, trailer, bus, coach and specialist vehicles sectors.

Due to growth they are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team in Southampton.
- Gather requirements for suggested improvements to systems and processes
- Meet with colleagues to fully understand the 'as is’ position and change requirement including expected business benefits
- Add new tasks to the planner
- Assign tasks to team members
- Regularly review the team’s tasks
- Collate monthly data for discussion at Operational Excellence meetings
- Issue Forms to gather feedback on completed projects from wider business
- Meeting management
- Procedure management
- Be responsible for circulating new/revised procedure documents for review
- Maintain the procedures index which details current versions and effective dates
- Keep on top of when procedures are coming up to their review date
- CRM system administration
- Review and deal with new/change of permission requests
- Undertake half-yearly user access reviews
- Maintain group mailing list
- Issue instructional 'new user set-up guide’ to new system-users
- Capture requirement for new views/dashboards
- Deletion/deactivation of incorrect documentation (upon request and review)
- Log Affinity (IT system) tickets when issues arise and chase progress
- Communicate to all users as appropriate
- Carry out minor 'user acceptance testing’ as appropriate
- Amend incorrect data via admin access (upon request and review)
