As our receptionist, we need you to have experience in a fast-paced environment so you can jump straight in. Exceptional customer service and organisational skills are key.
Your role includes everything from initial enquiries and check in of our guests, through to check out after their stay.
We are a very busy corporate hotel during the week, but the weekend is where it really takes off with parties, afternoon teas and weddings
We have a fun inclusive environment in the hotel where you can show off your skills and add value to our team.
Ideally you will have experience with a hotel system such as Opera, but we provide you with on-going training & development. From on-line modules you can access at any time, to personalised plans to help you meet your aspirations.
You will be joining the Coppid Beech at an exciting time as we continue with our multi-million pound refurbishment of our bedrooms, Leisure Club, conference rooms, lounge areas and our fantastic new terrace
