**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviours.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages independence and dignity for all clients.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospice care, senior care, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is an advantage.
- Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care while respecting client confidentiality.
- Experience with medication administration and understanding of relevant health regulations is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour
