**The purpose of this role is to**
- Support our teams across our network to ensure and monitor effective site operations and coordination of works compliant to NRSWA and Health and Safety requirements.
- Oversee and assist with Installing fibre into our customer premises, business and residential, including splicing and pre connectorized fibre.
- Assist the support team with troubleshooting technical and queries.
- Manage a team of up to 12.
- Liaise with customer service to organize pre-installations, installations and arrange service calls.
- Safely audit systems of works.
- Complete audits across various installation types
- Supervise installation engineers to ensure safety, quality and processes are followed in line with fil fibre requirements.
- Demonstrate experience of method statement and risk assessment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Installations for the Residential Install Teams.
- Ensure all teams have upcoming works through scheduling install surveys First Fix and second fix installs.
- Work closely with the Customer Support Team to keep communication to our customers clear, and accurate.
- Liaise with the various build departments if intervention is needed or build to be rectified ahead of an install.
- Link to civils and support onsite digs to connect customers.
- Manage work loads of teams, arrange holiday and training for individuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
