We're looking for VIP Lounge Hosts/Hostesses to work for our client based in central London at a 5* Hotel.

If you can demonstrate high quality customer service, a good eye for detail, high morale and flexibility regarding working hours, then you could be exactly what we are looking for

Your duties in this role will consist of looking after VIP guests and providing them with a 5 star dining experience. This will include serving their food and drinks and ensuring they have a satisfying and memorable experience.

**The Role**:
In this job, you will be tasked with the following:

- Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
- Taking orders, serving and clearing tables
- Providing general assistance
- Adapting with changes operationally on a day-to-day basis
- Adhering to the Health and Safety guidelines at all times

**The ideal person for the role will be the following**:

- Reliable, diligent, and hard working
- Enthusiastic and have a “can do attitude”
- Positively adhering to high standards of personal presentation
- Have strong customer facing skills
- Friendly, polite and upbeat
