Lakeland Care is looking for a caring, reliable individual to join our dedicated **Night Shift Team**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing reassurance and support to clients in their own homes overnight.

**Shift pattern**:

- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next
- Alternate weekends off rotation
