- Maintain legal files
- Research and recommendations of new stores and sustainability opportunities
- Manage departmental projects planner
- To assist in production of presentations.
- To maintain accurate records and provide updates as required to other departments and 3rd parties
- Support P&L process, cost management and meeting preparation
- Support Property Director with day to day duties
- To work closely with other members of the Department, assisting with key projects as required
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

- Ability and confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Maintain a professional, courteous and friendly manner at all times
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Good organisation, prioritisation and administration skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
- Good time management skills
- Ideally has a driving license but not essential
- Previous experience in Retail/Property desirable however, not essential
- Customer Focused (both external and internal customers) with a diplomatic and helpful manner
