Academics is currently working with a successful and reputable secondary school in Woking - they are hiring graduates to tutor their KS3 and 4 (GCSE) classes, with a view to training you as a teacher after a year.

A secondary school in Woking are seeking graduates for a tutoring role. This fantastic school will provide Initial Teacher Training after a year. This entry-level role is a perfect opportunity for graduates to gain experience within a classroom. No previousexperience is required as training will be provided. The team within this school are comprised of many enthusiastic, innovative and very knowledgeable teachers who will be able to provide guidance and support to this role.

**Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Salary: £20,330**

As a tutor, you will be involved in working with a wide range of teachers and students at all ability levels. You will have responsibility of addressing the needs of disadvantaged students who require intervention and assistance in overcoming barriers tolearning in order to achieve their full potential. You may support classroom teachers or you may lead and deliver targeted small group sessions.

This role is the perfect stepping stone for someone who is considering teaching and wants experience being in a supportive and friendly school, a great gap year job or a new role for anyone who would just like to make a real difference to the lives of youngpeople.
