**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage Sea Freight Export operations, including processing bookings, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Handle EU Road Import and Export operations, overseeing the smooth flow of goods and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with an operational team to plan and execute shipments, leveraging their support to ensure efficient operations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by effectively managing customer expectations, providing accurate information, and proactively addressing any concerns.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date with UK Customs regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth customs clearance processes.
- Process documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are maintained according to company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in Sea Freight Export and EU Road operations is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK Customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and handle inquiries and complaints.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in the freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Our client is offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours (9:00-5:30) to accommodate personal needs.
