We are seeking motivated individuals to motivate the admin team on a day to day basis to work together as an integrated team across the building. You will support the standardisation of admin support across the Trust to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin support received by clinical services.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
