Main Responsibilities
- Proactively approaching customers in the showroom to offer help/advice.
- Proactively supporting customer through the purchase process to include the Online Showroom system.
- Providing customers with specification information on all Mercedes-Benz products and services available through the retailer including aftersales.
- Keeping up to date with the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
- Planning and managing all pre-arranged appointments with sales management and offering product insight during the visit including the test drive.
- Taking an interest in potential customers’ needs and requirements with a view to passing any relevant information onto sales colleagues, keeping the customer experience smooth.
- Working closely with After Sales colleagues to equally provide a great experience for our aftersales guests to include an excellent vehicle hand-over service for customers.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- A passion to deliver a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
- A passion for Mercedes-Benz and an eagerness to share that passion with others
- The ability to work in a customer facing busy, fast-paced showroom environment with a desire to learn new ideas, trends, and inventions
- The ability to work autonomously, whilst still having a team-oriented way of working

Package Description
As a STAR Expert, you will be a brand ambassador who puts a customer at ease when they enter the showroom and guide them through the buying experience including the online and digital experience in a tailor-made way.

You will help them to understand the benefits of Mercedes-Benz ownership through enthusiasm and expert knowledge for the brand and product, along with the ability to inspire and excite customers with an exceptional customer experience.
