**About the Quality Control Technologist role**:
Working within the quality department, you will be responsible for communicating all the necessary quality tests and analysis required to ensure the safety and quality of Vitaflo products.

**What you will be doing as our Quality Control Technologist**:

- Ensuring accurate, compliant and on time release of finished products
- Submission of samples to correct labs for testing
- Completion of internal testing and sensory analysis accurately and on time
- Carrying out daily production In-process testing
- Identifying non-conforming products/out-of-specification results and confirm status for disposal or release via concession
- Holding internal/external laboratories accountable for poor performance, drive improvements and hold regular review meetings
- Collating completed batch documentation
- Generating certificate of analysis to be supplied with shipments
- Calibration of quality control lab equipment
- Ensuring GLP and GMP standards are maintained
- Any other duties as requested

- Excellent attention to detail that reflects thorough and accurate work
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in IT packages inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- A basic understanding of HACCP and Food Safety
