Head of Sales - Leeds/Remote - £85K Package

JGA have exclusively partnered with a start-up Payroll, HR, Benefits, Employment Law consultancy who seek the services of a Head of Sales to help them to build out the sales, marketing & growth function.
As the Head of Sales you will have the ultimate responsibility for driving and achieving sales for the business.
Working alongside the company directors and the Operations Director, the Head of Sales will generate sales strategies to grow the business whilst remaining in control of the sales pipeline, CRM data, reporting and other sales compliance.
You will have a proven track record in targeting new business with professional relationships and networks within a similar sales role in either payroll or other services.
Head of Sales - Responsibilities:

- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
- Create and implement a sales strategy and roadmap alongside the business directors.
- Respond proactively to market demand and influencing factors in collaboration with business development.
- Budget Management.
- Managing teams and providing enthusiastic leadership to sales teams and motivating them to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ensuring remuneration packages remain attractive to recruit the best sales staff.
- Responsibility for ensuring the continued professional development of sales staff, implementing training, and undertaking employee reviews and appraisals.
- Responsibility for developing new business within established networks at boardroom level.
