Accountable to the Estates Operational Manager the post holder will provide day to day management of the workshop staff. Using the Estates CAFM System, the post holder will ensure all day to day work is prioritised and controlled, will work as part of a small team to effectively allocate and deploy the multi-disciplinary trades staff across the Trust to carry out day to day reactive repairs and statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance for building and engineering services using specialist knowledge and skills gained from training, experience and appropriate qualifications. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
