The Graduate Sales Consultant will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), this role requires an intelligent and driven individual to join the Sales team and follow a highly structured sales process to maintain and grow an existing clientbase. This is an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated individual to use a scientific approach to sales to rapidly increase growth and expand into new areas.
**Responsibilities **- Graduate Sales Consultant
- Ensure prompt follow up of all leads
- Proactively generate new leads from a variety of sources (e.g. regulatory websites, broker comparison sites, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Command excellent knowledge of my clients product line at all times.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using my clients suite of products.
- Deliver product demonstrations where appropriate, ensuring these are tailored to the client’s individual business needs.
- Ensure all prospecting activities are recorded and the CRM is kept up-to-date at all times.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate pipeline of leads to ensure consistent billing.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with both existing and prospect clients, holding regular meetings to understand changing customer needs and drivers.
- Keep abreast of current technology and trends relevant to the marke
- Effectively communicate needs to other groups within my clients team and utilise resources necessary to close business.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, using resources as required.
- Meet and exceed the assigned quota for sales of products and services.
**Skills and Requirements **- Graduate Sales Consultant
Essentials
- Ideally 0-24 months within sales but not a must
- Excellent communication (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Willingness to learn technology
**Desired -**Graduate Sales Consultant
- Demonstrable experience in using of a structured and repeatable sales process.
- Financial services background or experience.
- Experience selling software.
- Ability to travel within the UK and overseas when required.
**Location and Hours **- Graduate Sales Consultant
- 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hour day with flexible start time.
- WFH up to 3 days per week.
