**Team Educate are expanding and we are looking to open our third location, in Birmingham.**

We are looking for 2-3 consultants to join our growing team and head up an office in the West-Midlands. We are looking for consultants to cover desks within Primary, Secondary, Specialist Provisions (SEN), Tutoring and Nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunityfor anyone who is hard working and looking for a role with high earning potential and to become a senior leader within the company. You will become part of an amazing and growing team, and be a fundamental part to the future success of the company Althoughsales experience is advantageous, this is not essential as full training will be provided - we are looking for reflective and motivated individuals who have an interest to work within the education sector and who are looking to build and develop a successfulcareer within sales and recruitment. We are open to both experience and trainee consultants (as full training will be provided by market leaders).

**_The Graduate Role:_**
- Full time position (Monday - Friday)
- Location: Birmingham
- £22,000 - £35,000 starting salary + progression + OTE (Commission)
- Best commission structure in the industry (no other agencies pay as well as we do)

**_Requirements:_**
- UK Drivers License
- Right To Work in the UK
- Degree Qualified
- Confident and outgoing
- Previous work experience within the education sector (however this is not essential just preferred)

- First stage would be an initial call with our Director, to then arrange a virtual chat (via Zoom or Teams)
- We would then look to invite you to an interview in person, in a location locally to you
