This is an exciting role for one of London's top media production companies. This dynamic, entrepreneurial media production company are building on their global success and are looking to add to their HR team by hiring a Payroll & HR Administrator.
In this 360 degree, truly Generalist role, the wide-ranging responsibilities of the Payroll & HR Administrator will include:

- Managing all recruitment administration - posting advertisements, scheduling interviews, managing the recruitment platform on PeopleHR
- Handling the onboarding process from offer to induction
- Providing benefits administration support
- Coordinating the work experience and internship programme
- Working with Finance with regards to payroll administration
- Maintaining the People HR database
- Working on a range of HR related projects
Payroll & HR Administrator - what we're looking for?
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator is essential. A background within the creative industries is preferred, but is not essential
- Knowledge of the PeopleHR system would be highly advantageous
- A self-starter who is passionate about HR and possesses exceptional organisational
skills
- A flexible and adaptable working style
- It would be beneficial for the individual to be working towards CIPD or a similar qualification
