**Kitchen Assistant - Upper Crust, Crewe Station.**

**Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.64 per hour.**

**Shift Pattern: Full time a variety of shifts between 5.00am and 10pm, including weekends.**
- Due to some responsibilities within the Team member role, applicants will need to **be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.**

**AS A KITCHEN ASSISTANT YOU'LL BE**:

- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats and vegetables.
- Assisting fellow chefs.
- Assisting in stock rotation.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Effective time management for preparation and food service.
- Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
