Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading business based in Swindon (West), to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Reward Consultant.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we are looking for a hands on Reward 'Lead' to support across every area of Reward within this rapidly expanding 700 employee business.

This will include benchmarking, reporting, incentive plans and additional benefits, taking the lead on all Reward initiatives and projects.

Specifically, but not limited to:

- Assist HR with reward activities arising from both larger scale OD and/or 'business as usual' projects which includes job evaluating and benchmarking of roles.
- Design and develop reward tools, templates, guidelines, and calculators
- Prepare all papers to take to the Rem Committee on annual cycle activities, providing detailed analysis, insights, and reports on a regular basis.
- Provide analysis and proposals on pay ranges for annual pay reviews, as well as modelling on the potential outcomes of bonus and incentive schemes
- Conduct pay modelling for group projects and initiatives
- Provide advice on reward policies and processes to the wider HR Team.
- Review local and national pay strategies to ensure they are competitive
- Contribute to the design and lead the delivery of benefits communication and education.
- Assess and implement new partnerships and account manage existing benefits providers.
- Monitor and drive workforce engagement with rewards
- Support the delivery of LTIP & STIP's.

Suitable applicants will have
- Specialist technical knowledge of job design and analysis, job evaluation, and participation in total reward benchmarking surveys.
- Ability to compile, integrate, analyse, and present complex data into clear formats
- Strong technical competence in data analytics using Excel.
- Experience of managing bonus or incentive schemes.
- Experience of leading several reward cycles, gained within large complex businesses
- Knowledge and experience of working with LTIP and STIP.
- Understanding and experience of working with HR systems.

This role is a new role to the business and offers significant autonomy to 'make the role your own' and bring your professional reward experience to a new 'in-house' reward team.
