We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager - who has the desire and potential to move into a Manager role quite quickly - to join an established care home supporting the elderly.
Working with the Head of Care - who will hold registration and support, train, develop you until you are ready to take it on - the Deputy Manger will:

- Look after the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure that it operates in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of the staff
- Ensure that all staff are providing high-quality care to residents and that their individual needs are being met
- Manage care plans and ensure that they are regularly updated in accordance with residents' changing needs
The ideal person for this Deputy Manager role will have:

- Experience in a supervisory or management role in a care home setting
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to care homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing excellent care and support for elderly residents
