**Job Title**:Senior Global Brand Manager

**Location**:London - Hybrid

**Package Details**: Up to £75,000 + perks

We are currently looking for a Fantastic, stand out Senior Global Brand Manager to work for an award-winning marketing team within the Beauty and personal care industry. They have a great reputation throughout the sector and their products can be found globally

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Leading the next beauty megabrand
- A rare opportunity to be part of a start up brand, with the support and rigor of a bigger beauty organization.
- Working closely with the Chief Brand Officer and Founder on shaping the brand & brand activation.
- Directing 360 brand activations.
- Managing brand investment decisions, on media, influencers and activation to drive performance.
- Creative Campaigns & Content Development
- Shaping and creating brand and product launch campaigns for the brand in collaboration with the Creative Director and Art Director.
- Leading the development of all campaign assets in line with key brand and product messaging.
- Execute exciting retail partnerships to deliver maximum cut through.
- Working closely with Chief Business Officer and National Account Managers to determine the retailer strategy and launch activations to build global retail footprint.
- Lead & Coach Brand Team
- Leading Assistant Brand Manager and Influencer & Communications Manager
- Strong beauty background.
- Experience in skincare would be beneficial.
- Experience managing large media activations.
- Has experience with influencer campaigns.
- Someone with lots of initiative.
- Dynamic, flexible, and be eager to be part of building the next collection of beauty mega brands.
- This is a great opportunity with a real development potential into a more senior role within the wider business.
