Cdm Consultant

Foster + Partners, the award winning multidisciplinary consultancy, have excellent opportunities for Principal Designers/CDM Advisors, to join the Construction Design Management department in Battersea, London. You will be responsible for advising on healthand safety risk management in accordance with UK CDM regulations, ensuring the practice meets its legal requirements. It is essential to have some design training, whether architectural (including architectural technologists) or engineering, degree level minimum

**Skills & experience required -**
- Previous experience in a similar position within a multidisciplinary consultancy is highly desirable
- Must have previously held a PD/CDM position
- Large scale project experience within building services is essential
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of design and construction management and methodologies.
- Proven skills in the delivery of CDM/H&S consultancy services.
- Computer Literate
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent IOSH membership.
